Your pin is the 4-digit number you chose at the time you received your library card. It is usually your birthday, month & year (ex. 0101).

You cannot reset your password and due to privacy concerns we do not have access to your Pin number. We can reset the pin. Call 205.439.5500 to have someone assist you.
