Computer Classes
The North Shelby Library offers a variety of computer classes free to the community. Registration can be taken at 439-5510 or email nsref@shelbycounty-al.org. For a full listing of class offerings and handouts check out the current Computer Class Schedule.
Copies
Copies can be made upstairs (copier located at the top of the stairs) for $.20 for black and white and $1.00 for color.
Exhibits
From paintings and photographs to special collections, a wide variety of media and shows are exhibited at the North Shelby Library. Read more about current or upcoming exhibits.
Faxing

Notary
Notary service available. Free to public. Please call 439-5555 to make an appointment.
Printing
Printing from public computers OR wireless laptop is $.20 per page for black & white and $1.00 for color.
Proctor
A proctor is available for test taking. There is a fee of $10.00 per test. Please contact Judy or Lori at 439-5511 for scheduling.
Public Computers
The North Shelby Library offers 12 public-access Internet computers available for use by both cardholders and non-cardholders. Programs available for use on public computers are Microsoft 2000 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher.
Reference
Ask us questions! The Reference Department will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Visit us on the 2nd floor of the library or call 439-5510 or 439-5511 or email at nsref@shelbycounty-al.org.
Room Rental
Meeting Room available with audio/visual capability & kitchen. Maximum capacity: 150.

Study Room
A quiet room is located upstairs in the library near the business office. It is not a private room, but it is for quiet reading or study.
Wireless
Internet access extends throughout our building, so the service may be used anywhere.
Wireless printing is also available for $.20 per page.
